John Mwika is a seasoned Commercial Banking and Financial Markets executive with over 15 years of experience driving growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering strategic solutions across Treasury, Global Markets, and Trade Finance. His expertise encompasses foreign exchange, fixed income, liquidity and cash management, trade finance structuring and balance sheet optimization.
He holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from the University Canada West, a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance and Investment, and a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from the University of Nairobi. John is also a Certified Investment and Financial Analyst (CIFA) an ACI Dealing Certificate holder, and an Associate of the Kenya Institute of Bankers (KIB).
